About the Role

There are two key components of this role:

1. Running and managing growth marketing campaigns.

2. Owning the client side of the business

Growth Minded has multiple channels providing us access to great startups to work with. We're looking for a candidate with strong entrepreneur roots, who can also talk to clients and "do the work" on growth marketing campaigns.

This is a fast paced, dynamic opportunity - with a ton of room to scale in the coming years.

Day in the life

Initially, this role will service a few early stage startups who need help primarily on paid acquisition. The ability to go deep into at least 1 or 2 channels is a requirement for this job. You'll be running performance marketing campaigns in channels like Facebook/Instagram as well as Google, and will be the player/coach helping our customers grow.

Over time, you'll play the key role in outlining the next key hires for the company, and will be the day to day manager of contracting in any roles that we need to pull in on a project by project basis.

Required Skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - our clients expect great and responsive communication at all times
  • Ability to work autonomously without much oversight 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - each day is slightly different - ability to move in and out of client management, growth for our own company, and being a billable team lead is essential
  • Deep channel experience with proven results in a minimum of two channels (i.e. Facebook/Instagram & Google SEM)
  • Holistic view of growth - you understand pulling in junk leads at a great CPA doesn't result in successful startup growth
  • Ability to anticipate short and mid term needs & manage contractors accordingly 

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience as a growth lead on multiple projects at once
  • Experience growing an agency

About the role

We're going to offer a strong starting salary with a monthly bonus plan. Benefits are included.

Base Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 USD

Benefits: Health, Long term disability, 401k being considered

Bonus: 10% of profit share paid monthly

Potential for equity in the company will be considered after an initial evaluation period.
