How do you work with clients?
I start out most engagements on a fractional basis, usually starting with a couple conversations with you and your team and then running analysis and audits on your model, competition, and what I think are the most viable ways for you to reach your goals. From there, I can engage my team to help with the day to day work that goes into growing startups.
What services do you offer?
Holistic growth & strategy - I'll start by reviewing your business, looking at the entire lifecycle of your customer, how you position your company, and what your goals are. Then I'll build out a growth strategy that aligns our expertise with your goals. The deliverable is a growth model, playbook, and scorecard I use to power your growth engine.
Helping you monetize & retain customers - once you build a growth engine that drives demand, it’s time to monetize. My monetization programs work across your entire user journey, enabling highly optimized conversion flows. My in-house team includes strategy, content development, UX optimization, and editing so we can go from strategic to tactical quickly.
Finding your ideal customers - Next I tend to look at your ICP and finding more of them. Myself and my team have deep experience in most marketing channels, and leverage our strategy and your goals to set out running marketing campaigns in various channels. I believe in an experiment driven approach and don’t try to force channels on you.
