Growth Minded builds the Growth Engine for Multi-Location Businesses. It reads signals from the scheduling and marketing tools operators already use, decides what to do next, and acts automatically to improve booking conversion, retention, capacity utilization, and reporting without requiring a platform migration.

- EngageOS: lifecycle marketing and decision automation. Five core modules: Convert, Upsell, Retain, Reactivate, and Utilize, plus custom modules tailored to each client's unique needs.
- BookingOS: booking conversion on top of existing scheduling software. Modules: Booking flow, Dynamic incentives, and AI CMS.
- InsightsOS: reporting, recommendations, and scheduling intelligence. Areas/modules: Historical, Insights, ScheduleOS, and ScheduleBuilder.

UtilizationOS and ScheduleOS are not standalone products. UtilizationOS is a retired name for capacity-filling functionality now called the Utilize module inside EngageOS. ScheduleOS is an analysis and recommendation module inside InsightsOS; ScheduleBuilder is also an InsightsOS module.

The ideal customer is a multi-location boutique fitness, medspa and aesthetics, wellness and recovery, or beauty services operator. Scheduling and operating platform integrations include Mindbody, Boulevard, Zenoti, Mariana Tek, and Meevo. Klaviyo is a sending integration; EngageOS decides whom to contact and Klaviyo sends through the client's existing account. The product suite layers onto existing systems rather than replacing them.
